Have you ever got in a fight with a Bristol docker? We have, and she kicked our asses. So, when it came to naming our stronger gin, we choose to name it in her honour, knowing that this gin will kick your arse also. We use 9 carefully selected botanicals (including elderflower, lime leaves, fresh lemon zest, cassia bark and cubeb) to give this gin its floral, peppery taste. ​
